I agree. Catalina is really cool. I did a lot of snorkeling when I was there.

only place i know that ships out to catalina is Long Beach. it's possible that other places do, but i just havent heard of them.

LBC is my hood, i grew up there. i wouldn't mind going out there again to visit. snorkling sounds fun, too bad i can't swim :noes:

tahoe cabins are too expensive, i need to get a casino player's card membership and get free stay at the casino

Hearst Castle is about an hour or less from SB. goto hearst then stay over night at SB.

if you goto Hearst, but tickets in advance, they sell out quickly.
