so yeah, how do i do eet. normal size of pics are 1600x1200. word

Just lower your screen resolution and it resizes the image.

in paint, go to Image ---> Stretch/Skew...

then change the percentages in the top 2 boxes. If you want the image to be half as big, put 50 in both boxes.

ummm i usually use imageshack... which can resize pics when uploading

there is an xp powertoy that can resize pics trough the context menu.
