harbor freight generally has the shittiest and poorest quality tools known to man, but if you know what you're doing you can find some decent stuff.

:werd: Worst timing light I've ever seen I got there for like $15. But, it does the job h:

I usually get things like tarps and other such yard stuff that I don't have to rely too much on their quality.

:werd: I bought a torque wrench from there that's actually been really good...10-150lb and pretty accurate.
