Dorgem

http://dorgem.sourceforge.net/

you can do motion capture, or scheduled. and it can even tag the image. also uploads to remote FTP.

works pretty decent. sometimes when it's on for a while it has an error connecting to the FTP server and i gotta restart the program. but, im not sure if it's the program or the server.

dude we just set it up at work...we used a linksys web cam w/motion dection...it comes with a prog to either do timed recording and/or motion. the motion you can set to record up to 60 min after the initial movement. you can also change sensitivity of the motion detection and has a 9 quadrant sensitivity setting on it also
