I have a few seasons of tv shows that I'm trying to put onto DVDs. One of them is 4.47 gigs. My dvds say they can hold 4.7, but it won't write it all on ther(Burning using Nero Data DVDs) I need to compress them just a little so I can fit them all on there. Any programs I can use to compress them just a bit more?
you noob... dvds are not 4.7... they are 4434 megs. dvd makers use the same retarded counting scale as HD makers where 1gb = 1 billion bytes. while your pc counts 1gb as 1074 billion.
if youre a few megs short... run an overburning test in dvd-speed (included with nero), and enable overburning.
you can't "compress" avi's... you'll have to re-encode.
