Car is shocking me...

For the past week, everytime I get out of my car and go to shut the door, open a back door, or trunk, I get a shocked. They are pretty strong, too.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

i get the same damn thing, and it randomly goes away and comes back

my car has shocked me for the past 2 years every time i get out. i just place my leg next to my door frame as i get out so my leg gets shocked, not my hand or something else. just something i live with.
