I like it how i prepared it. I won't eat it until tomorrow anyway so it obviously won't be as good as freshly cooked. if its not cooked all the way, it will be when it comes out of the microwave tomorrow.

but overcooked salmon is a waste of money

best to slightly undercook than risk destroying good meat by making it a charcol brick.

Yep.
Over-cooked fish gets thrown into whatever fish stew they make in a Seafood restaurant. We did that at Gladstone's.

salmon with veggies and rice is AWESOME, costco sells some yummy pre marinated salmon that is bomb!!
