if Topps made an entire run of this card, shipped, and moved them to stores ... there should be an assload of them available.
Baseball cards are expensive now. I think a pack of 8 is in the $2 or $3 range. I remember collecting in 86, 87, 88, 89 and those packs were $0.35 to $0.50.
Then Upper Deck arrived in 89 and charged $.99 because of the premium card stock they used.

Yeaaaaa back in the day you could have gotten 3 packs for a $1 and now......not even worth it.
I have a decent collection though from back in the day, have some really old stuff including a Johnny Bench card my grandfather gave me but it's not in the best condition.

werd. i always collected Donruss and Fleer over Topps. Topps had the worst cardstock. Then came Upper Deck...and took all my lunch money

Somebody added it on the card and by the time it was seen by the higher ups it was too late to change. The card had already gone out. I use to collect cards when I was little. I saw this and thought it'd be cool to have. I bid on one on ebay
