tryin to not let me use my floating holidays as part of my two-weeks b/c i had no "prior manager approval"

my asshole manager put of our meeting to discuss this for 6 days, and in the meantime HR went ahead and set the date in stone w/o letting me use the days

 

the company owes you the time off right? What happens if you dont use the days, they will pay you for it?

 

good morning, college starts at 1 today.

 

at work an hour and a half early, didnt feel like walking back to my house and then back to campus to work.

 

Just got out of the shower and still am unmotivated to go to work.

for PTO (paid time off) hours, you get paid. however, the question here is whether i can use my two floating holidays which people dont get paid for if theyre left before you leave
