can you recommend good water/pool exercises. i cant swim very well, but maybe movements that utilize the water's resistance. thanks

when my cousin pulled a muscle during his off season, they had him use ankle weights and just run in the pool...he liked it so much he actually worked it into his routine for winters

Get some paddles that strap to your hand/wrist...they'll provide more resistance while you swim to develop back/shoulder muscles.

totally forgot about those...my cousins got those too....ive used em a couple times...interesting workout

Put weights on your feet and walk til the water is neck high. Then crouch (hold breath) and do punching exercises and arm exercises where you can utilize the water's resistance.


Saw it in a Van Damme movie. :hsdunno:
