I don't see how they are blaming Microsoft for that.... Its a Zune, sure, but thats like saying all loud music from iPod's is the fault of Apple. All ricey Honda's is the fault of Honda.

the other side is that ... that SUV is MS sponsored. The dumbass driver has to know that what he does in it is a direct reflection on MS. If he was out for a good time and did this on his own (which MS will say), he needs to have his sponsorship ripped away and any lawsuit tossed in his direction.
