I remember seeing these things cut though a cutting board on one of the first infomercials.

If there were really good knives they wouldn't be selling for $2.99 for a 10 piece set...they would be selling for $299 for a 10 piece set.

ceramic is overrated. We have a couple, and they are nice and all, but the pops has way nicer traditional knives.
