5 hour erection starting to get sore :(
I woke up today and it was already erect and it hasn't gone away. It's getting sore from rubbing on my clothes. It looks slightly red and a little raw. What do you guys think I should do?

put a bandaid on it so it doesn't rub anymore and just stay in a warm enviroment...cold makes nipples hard

a bandaid is a good idea...except I have some hair around my nipple so it is going to hurt like hell when I take it off
