I love them so, but I feel sorry for anyone around me through the day h:

You want a nice day of blowing ass then I highly reccomend these for your diet :chuckles:

Yeah they taste really good. It's real high in fiber and is not heavily processed like Quaker Oats or the like.

That's good, I been trying to cut back on my greasy/unhealthy food intake and started going to the gym last week. I really don't care if I blow up a storm, i'd find it rather funny watching someone walk into my "invisible cloud". :chuckles:

They are better than old fashioned quaker oats?

When I saw this thread, I immediately thought you must be on a health kick. Then I saw your running thread which confirmed it. Where do you buy your steel cut oats?

No about 3 minutes in the microwave on average cooks em up.

I buy them at Safeway or just about any local store. A company called Organics has put them on the shelf all over. They cost a little more than rolled oats but not enough to call it out of reach by any means.

I love steel cut oats....but I have to say they have no impact on my flatulence what so ever. For me junk food, some types of protein, and garlic make me rip like crazy the next day...other then that nothing else affects me.
