From what i've been told about those guys in prison is they instantly go into PC. But once a year the CO's let out information on who the offenders are and at that time word spreads and they get there asses handed to them....that's just what i've heard though h:

Yeah but this guy was on tv getting busted so it's no secret what he did. Also not everyone in PC is a child molester, all it takes is some gang members in PC to fix him up.
