I wouldn't recommend buying an Integra (especially a Type R) unless you can garage it (especially in SoCal).

Between my roomate and I, we've owned 3 Integras (2 LS 1 GSR) for a total of 7 ownership-years between them. During that time, we had 2 break-ins where CD deck and CDs were stolen, 1 car was keyed, 1 car had its tires slashed, and 2 of the 3 were stolen and stripped for parts..

The Integra-hate and Integra-theft is strong.
