1977 Honda CVCC Tiki-themed art car needs a good mechanic's touch to get back in the groove. This car has literally thousands of tiki, Hawaiian, surfer-themed objects glued both inside and out. The dashboard and steering column are covered in seashells and sequins (nearly two pounds of sequins were used!) and the inside roof and doors are collaged with island photos and Bay Area mementos.

The TIKIMOBILE has been the subject of numerous photos and has driven in the annual HOW BERKELEY CAN YOU BE? parade. It is the perfect car for Burning Man enthusiasts, due to its kitsch and great gas mileage.

Tiki needs some TLC for the carbuerator and tranny and someone who is as enthusiastic about rolling art as I am. It runs, but is no longer as reliable as it once was.
needs a lil work

I'd buy it and put a 2JZ in it, but then probably stop when I was almost done.

I would drive it if it was given to me, after I pulled all that crap off and repainted it.

We had a 1982 Civic CVCC...it was our first new car we bought together.
