So I went to court today to fight my 2nd ticket, but of course I didn't have anything prepared so I was just gonna change my plea to no contest. After like 15 mins, I see all sorts of people and lawyers enter the room, but I don't see the cop that pulled me over. So the judge calls me up and says "Well, the officer doesn't seem to be present so I'll drop the charges against you. You're free to go!"... Sweeet. Moral of the story, fight your tickets if you have the time, you never know, you might get lucky. First ticket I fought and got lucky :yay:

Nice. Every time I have fought a ticket in court the cop has shown up. But most of the time I just get the DA to drop it.

I recently got lucky with a ticket. It was my second one this month. My bro called the guy he knows that works at the PD as a dispatcher and he talked to the cop for me. The cop said he'll drop the points but I still have to pay the fine :happysad:

Guy lives in Cali. There's more cops there than there are people in your state.

I used to have my military id till some Navy douchebag gate guard took it from me after seeing that it expired. The only reason I showed it was because I never got my reserve one and after he took it he was like "Oh yeah, we don't issue reserve cards here, you don't get one anyway. You're not in the military anymore." I was like "Ummm, technically yes, I am in the inactive reserve." and he was like "No."

I really wanted to choke the shit out of him
