Default Can you buy an after market keyless push button ignition

i mean does anyone sell a convertion kit that would let you use a puch button ignition but keyless?

They're used in racecars. Just search around on any site that sells racing parts, http://www.behrents.com, http://www.summitracing.com, etc.

kinda i was thinking 2 different way...

1- a code is entered to disarm a imobiliser that will let you start the car.

2- a keyless lock/unlock that would disarme a immobiliser.


and then its just a question of bypassing the steering column lock

^ Oh. I thought you were talking about just flipping a switch and pushing a button, nothing with the immobilizer or code stuff.

well if you could start the car with just pushing a button anyone coudl steal your car right... you need some sor tof theft protection.

You never said anything about that. You asked about a conversion to a push button starter without a key. Security was never mentioned.
