Y'all are crazy. Endebting the world both within and outside of our borders is a good goal. We should offer revolving credit to anyone stupid enough to want it.
the issue isnt that they are giving people outside our borders credit
its that they are helping to enable those who are here ILLEGALLY to stay here by providing loans, accounts, and credit cards.
this is just as bad as employers who hire the illegals only worse because they are blatently offering their services.
FDIC Insured or not it's just not a smart business move. That's almost like giving away free money and having consumers pay up later for their mistakes by raising interest rates on credit cards.
b of a probably figured out that immigrants actually pay back their cc debt and are willing to take the risk for low credit line customers. kinda like home loan lenders who specialize in bad credit.
