I did a bonehead manuever by putting my tote bag of basic tools in the trunk before my cover arrived. I thought I had it secure in the corner until I looked at it today. The bag was directly on top of the sub, I turn it over to find a 2" crack on the cone. 
I called the shop to see if I can pick up another unit today, I'm working right now and it'll be closed by the time I get out. They don't carry Image Dynamics, they said to come in on Monday so they can discuss my options. I asked off the top of his head anything he can think of, he recommend I look into the Crossfire db series. The ID was $120 and don't mind paying extra if it's worth it. What do you think......
