all you workout people: 6 packs?

Start off stretching for about 10 mins. Then, do some push ups. Max out on crunchies (or do atleast 50). Start jogging for about 10 minutes. Do more crunchies (max out or 50). Keep doing this until you run about 1.5-2.0 miles. Then, stretch out again. Do more crunchies (max out or 50). Abs are basically a diet, running, and crunchies. (push ups also work. I also like the flutter kicks)

Have lost 30lbs in the past month or so....strict dieting(aka clean eating)
But as i expected I lost strength/muscle..oh well it's gotta be done
