Default Yesss my t-belt didn't snap!

Last night I was leaving my gf's house and my car started like normal and nothing out of the ordinary. As I'm pulling out and waiting for a car to drive by so I can go, the engine just suddenly shut off. I didn't know what was going on so I try to start it and it just cranked all day long without turning over,

I left my car at her house for the night and the rest of today. I just went there about a half hour ago to get the car towed back to my house a mile away. We get home and check if I have spark, no spark. Then I take the cap off and crank again and the rotor spun!! :yay: no snapped t-belt and fawked motor! Now I'm thinking I have a bad coil. I have a spare and tomorrow I'll get at it after work because it's too cold out now. Thanks for listening

Good job trying to crank it after it died. I would have immediately opened the hood and inspected the t-belt.

Joe, good to hear.
If you're close to 100k, get the T-belt changed ASAP.

Yes, the Celica also snapped its belt I believe. But that was a good thing
