how do i give my wireless utility first priority on boot?

To be the first started program?

Probably in the registry RUNONCE or RUN section, I think that gets processed before the Startup folder.

But then again, I don't know if I've ever seen a wireless utility NOT in the registry RUN.

Hmm... On my PC, I clicked on "Constant connection". Look for something like that in your wireless protocol. I'm using one of those USB 2.0 wireless g connections.
