Cruises
I've been on:
1 Royal Carribean Cruise - Carribean
1 Princess Cruise - Another part of the Carribean
1 Celebrity Cruise - Norway
1 Celebrity Cruise - Alaska
The best cruise was the Norweigan cruise. I can't even explain the awesomeness of it. I have pics that are so amazing.
The carribean cruises are bla, but the performances are great because everyone and their slutty sister go on a carribean cruise, and there a ton of performers to choose from.
The best food ever is on Celebrity. But its also pretty pricey.

Thank you, for some odd reason for a moderate cruise I always had the sense it would cost 3.5K+
h: I'm not looking into some ballin room or exclusive food...I want free buffet, room with a balcony/window that over looks the ocean... and I'll be good
I always get the deep underground lair rooms so I can sleep with no lights. There once was a mix-up and they gave us a balcony room. Eh.. it wasn't really worth the extra $$ imho, because you spend most of the time on the deck with huge windows and/or no windows.
I've been on a few, but I'm not really a fan. A couple Carnival big huge monster ships, and one Clipper Line sailing ship with like 300 people total who were mostly from some random European country, I think maybe Swedish?
Regardless of country of origin, everyone on the boat is a bunch of tourists and there's generally too many people, plus you don't really get to experience any of the places the ship stops off at. I would rather spend the week or however long it is on the cruise at one fixed location where you at least have a sense of place, get to really experience that locale, and can escape all the tourists.

the one we are going on is all inclusive which means mostly everything onboard is free, 3 meals a day shows movies and all that is free except for soda, casino playing and buying things at the shops, oh and if u wanna get off where the ship docks its gonna cost you to go on the excursions they gave, but you dont have to get off... soda is 35 bucks for the trip... seems reasonable if not all u get is water and juices tea/coffee...
