Just do what I do, use other people as clocks...I haven't worn a watch in ages, I think I was in the Marines the last time I wore a watch. When I was working at the hotel I was the only staff member on time for staff meetings, didn't wear a watch then either.
I don't care to have a watch that's big enough to anchor an aircraft carrier on my wrist, I like both my arms pretty close to the same length.
