picked up an E-Tec motor...yes.. E-Tec
i went with my father yesterday to pick up a new outboard motor for his boat.
we picked up a 200 | v6 E--Tec evinrude motor....
pretty interesting technology too
http://www.evinrude.com/en-US/E-Tec/...ed.Technology/
we went to All Seasons Marine in brooklyn.
Sales person was Jeffery.
Very excellent person to work with. We gave him a budget as to what my dad wanted to spend and what we were looking for and he recommended the
200 | v6.
Now we have to wait until the dealer gets it which should take 2-3 weeks as stated.
Only thing is it weighs almost 430lbs so this will be fun helping my dad install it.
time to do some massive pushups for the next week

That's about the weight of some of the bathtubs my son and I used to carry up stairs when I was remodeling bathrooms. We carried them, not bounced them up step by step we didn't use appliance dollies either for fear of marking or damaging the stairs.

He bought it from his boss but, his boss kept his engine.
its 19 foot boat and the console is in the center.
you stand up in the middle of the boat while driving. I dont have pictures since he got it this past weekend. I dont know shit about boats so keep the questions simple...lol

most places today when you take your boat to have it winterize offer the wrapping option. its the best way to keep the elements and unwanted pests out of the boat. all it means is they shrink wrapped the boat
