Where did you hear that? Last I knew, you couldn't even buy one for street use in the US unless you managed to find a way to get it registered as a kit car, then put it together yourself.

it's getting more difficult to buy one and register it as a kit car. Brammo also offers multiple levels of "kit" the one i am going to get is 80-90% assembled.
