Default so i fell....

getting into my car last week.... and as i was falling i grabbed my steering wheel (car was running) and cranked my weight down and did some twisting motion on my shoulder....

its definitely fuxed.... should i go to my regular physician or should i go see some kind of specialist? :hsdunno:

my dislocated shoulder from my motorcycle will occasionally pop back out of joint

i'd say go see an orthopedic specialist

yeah black ice in the low spots, i had my back turned to my car and slipped, reflex was to grab so my arm was at a right angle (upper arm straight off of shoulder, forearm aimed up) when i fell, it just cranked on it.... it hasnt been right since and is really bothering me today.. .

don't you need to get referred to a specialist after speaking with your primary care?

depends on your insurance....mine doesn't require it :dunno:

i think some a phone referral from your primary will suffice, but if not, i guess a visit to the primary w/ a referral would be required

most docs are gonna send you to a specialist for a joint injury, so you might as well forego the primary & goto a specialist
