Could it be a vacuum problem, or maybe your coil?
With my old accord it would randomly huncker down in power and would be hard to accelerate. Problem was water getting in my wires, so I just sprayed them with some liquid silicone and voila! No more problems.
I also had a faulty coil where it just died on me one day. Wasn't producing enough spark. Take a plug out, put the wire on it and have someone turn your ignition key. Spark should be bluish. Mine was red at the point.
