Interesting except that the weight you eliminate through not needing a radiator is lost through having to carry water of equal or greater amounts

if I remeber correctly this wasn't just a weight issue but but when the liquid water is sprayed in the hot comppression chamber it turns to steam allowing generating additional (free) power for the motor. Its more of an efficiency improvement.
“Especially an 18-wheeler, they’ve got that massive radiator that weighs 800, 1000 pounds. Not necessary,” he asserts. “In those big trucks, they look at payload as their bread and butter. If you get 1000 lb. or more off the truck…”
Gallon of water is about 8.33 pounds.
Big rigs hold 300 gallons of gas.
8.33 * 300 = 2499
2500 pounds added to the weight. Sure you can remove the radiator and all it's components, but unless they weigh more than 2500 pounds.... it's kind of useless.

that's fricken
If it runs gas:water 1:1 you could cut the amount of gas in half and replace with water and when you remove the cooling system the weight difference wont be that big. Also removing the water pump will save HP on any car that uses a belt driven pump. Another advantage would be the change in aerodynamics, no radiator means you can close up the front of the car/truck. The engine could be smaller since it wont need water jackets.
This will be cool to watch and see what becomes of it.
