Question about probation???
I dont know if anyone can answer this but im going to ask anyway. If I got in trouble with the law in 1 county and have the possibilty of getting on probation can I live in a county less than a hour away in the same state? I would still go to the first county to do the testing and the program if I get in one.

You are bound by state laws for probation so you can actually ask that your probation be transferred to an office more local to you and report there.
I moved halfway across the country while serving 3 years of felony probation, all I had to do was put in for a change of location.
