i was listening to them again the other day. they're not as good as a remember. lots of gimmicky and repetitive sounds and effects in their music. :hs:

what was cool about it though was that Tom did most of it (all of it?) on his guitar.

i know, but some of it just sounds goofy.

of course, they have their songs that are epic no matter what. i'm just talking about the rest of the stuff.

if i get a chance later, i'll post up what i'm talking about.

cool....I think a lot of it too is that it was good times when that band was part of my regular listening experience. Good memories.

i am looking for campgrounds right now
its in indio ca, next to palm springs and about 100 miles or so east of la
i dont know shit about cali but it sounds like a 16 hour straight drive for me, probably break it into 2 days and then hit joshua tree park for a day or two as well
im just stoked for rage, but plenty of other good bands too, rhcp, brother ali and busdriver should be cool i have seen ali before, lots of other stuff that i wouldnt mind seeing
shit i need to find $250 by sat so i can get a damn ticket
then camping is gonna cost too, damnit i knew i should work more than 12 hours a week, im broke
