Eggs Benidict are probably my all time favorite. I can't believe I forgot about it on my 1st answer. hollandaise sauce-FTW :yumyum:

scrambled with milk, cheese, fried potatoes, ham/ and or someother breakfast meat, onions, maybe some mushrooms, then add alittle salt, pepper, hot sauce and some ketchup
