Default Computer Geeks: Need Help

Right click on the Start bar and click properties. Click Customize next to the Start Bar option. Play around with the number of programs or most recent documents it saves. It could be that number is large and you haven't opened that many programs yet.

right click on task bar, go to properties, go to start menu tab, click on customize then customize to your need.

yeah that fixed it but my next issue is getting the show on start menu stuff to reappear.

it should do so automatically as you use programs. i don't know that there's a setting for that.

The pinned menu is disabled.

Edit: Got it back after some regediting.
