you should be able to setup the firewall to go x.x.x.x:3389 - bro's.pc:3389, x.x.x.x:3390 - your.pc:3389 and then use a rdp client and specify the connection port.

no, not quite, i had the ports chosen correctly, but the RDC listens on 3386 port, and that is hard to change, apperently when there are 2 computers on the same network with that port forwarded to them.. it causes some sort of an issue

i have my IIS set to a diffrent port than his and i thought (wrongly) that it would diffferentiate (sp?) the two computers..

i understand what you're saying. you need to specify explicitly what pc you want to connect to w/ your forwarding then. no two ways about it.
