How quick were you looking? I discovered the wonders of Shake n Bake yesterday. Shake a porkchop in the batter / provided bag, bake for 20 minutes. It's sooooooooo f'ing tasty.

I usually keep stocked with some or all of the following:

- tuna salad and on toasted sesame seed bagel
- Breton crackers w/ kosher salami and/or spiffy Wisconsin cheddar, and some Gulden's mustard
- Puckered Pickle Company of Chicago pickles
- Lean Pocket (only every once in a while, don't want to eat microwaved frozen "cheese" too much)
- Budget Gourmet little $1 tv dinners
- various assorted granola and other snack bars
- dried fruit from Trader Joe's

Back when I was actually living a home style life, I would stock on frozen foods from costco.
