Default Work out crew V.helpanoobout

Alright Ive been working out and eating right and its definently yeilding results, ive lost 14lbs in 3 weeks. I was thinking about getting some supliments to help things along, and i wanted to see what you guys reccomend. Im not looking to pack on a shit load of muscle, just want to drop the flab, and want to move things along quicker then excercising and dieting alone. Any suggestions would be apreciated

That is alot of weight to lose in 3 weeks. I dont think that is healthy. Well if you just plan on doing cardio, you will lose muscle and fat together. If you lift while doing cardio and eat healthy you should be able to lose the fat and keep/gain muscle. If your looking to take something just get some protein

Im am doing lifting along with about an hour of cardio. I do the cardio everyday and i do the lifting every other day, though most of the time ill do some sort of leg, arm, abe excersize every day. I dont think its an unhealthy amount that i lost, ive got alot of extra and im working my ass off so its gonna come off quicker then someone trying to lose 5lbs

I don't know of a supplement, that will do that for you. Most of the stuff that i have used is meant to gain weight by building muscle. Looking lean and weighing 200 is better then looking fat and weighing 190. If I was you I would just continue to eat healthy. Another good trick is to vary your cardio and don't always do the same thing. That's just my experience...
