Yes as long as all smog requirements are met for the engine and date of manufacture.

As long as the motor is of the same year or newer as the chassis, motor swaps are allowed. And as long as it passes the sniffer.

yep, from what i gathered a long time ago, it just needs to have all smog stuff attached and has to be a newer engine. even jdm engines pass as long as you attach required smog stuffs.

oh butttt a truck class motor cannot be swapped into a car chassis...

not applicable here, but just an fyi a la b20's in civics or tegs
