I tried using AnyDVD on a home movie that I encrypted and it wouldn't work. I tried it on a couple other home videos, but still with no change.

use dvd shrink (last version = 3.2.0.15?) - works 90% of the time

dvd shrink lets you remove secondary audio tracks, and or extras..... it also lets you burn a movie only disc if you dont need menus/extras/etc.

if that fails, use dvd decrypter (last = 3.5.4.0) to copy the entire home movie to your drive, then open shrink to "shrink it down"

if that fails, google the title of the home movie, you should find other people with the same problem, and hopefully a solution.

DVD Shrink, Gordian Knot, DVD Xcopy umm about a billion other programs and if you hit one you can't copy then you can do a quick search for the patches that bypass the encryption used since it has all been broken.

Of course this is meant for legal backups of DVDs you own and all
