What are you guys taking as a meal replacement?

Ive done a little searching online and saw this stuff:

Im not going to have alot of time this semester with School and Work so I may be eating on the fly alot.

In the morning ill drink a breakfast anytime pouch if I'm in a hurry. Besides that I dont replace my meals.
