So I'm waiting for my realestate agent to send me over the offer sheet to sign so I can make a bid on a place tonight. I know I shouldn't be worried because the market is really soft, but I am. I just don't want to miss out on the property and I won't breath easy till I send in the offer. Man this stuff is nerve racking puttin in an offer on a house/condo.

thanks guys I sent them an inital lower offer, and I'm expecting that they will counter offer and I'm hoping by the end of the weekend I'll know if I get the place of not. the place is priced pretty fairly already, but I'm going to see if I can take advantage of the soft market and shave a few dollars off the price.

a few months after I get all moved in and settled in.

I'll try to get more shots, but the single car garage is huge with lots of space to store stuff, and the upstairs living area has a huge lofted celing and there is a skylight, its pretty sweet.
