Default DVD backup tech

So I have a DVD I have ripped and converted to MP4 to play on my iPod or PSP, looks great and plays great. My problem is that the movie converts into a number of files instead of one long file.

So what do I use to make it a singular file?

Oh come on all these backup geeks on here and not one can help me make a single file movie from a DVD?

I know it can't be that tough I just don't know how to do it yet.

The final file isn't one file it's a bunch of small ones?

what the crazy. Sounds like it's probably a setting that could be unchecked to "Split into 500mb files" or something like that. Or the software is fubar.

DVD Shrink for the rip and Videora iPod convertor for the encryption to MP4.

No the rip program tears into the individual movie files as seen on the disc, then Videora converts each file as though they were their own rather than one continuous movie.

Search for a program called Video Joiner or something. I'll look to see if I have an executable around.

No problem. It can be a little bitch sometimes. Like it will put part 1 before part 2, or put part 1 twice. I don't know, it might have just been my computer.
