She will not be able to live off base untill she becomes a Staff Sergeant and MAYBE a Sergeant if she is lucky. It all depends on the population of the barracks and more often than not, there is plenty of space available. Be prepared for hundreds of leg-humping jarheads. It's like throwing a rabbit into a cage full of starving lions.

 

She's not Marines, she's Navy so next promotion would be Petty Officer 2nd Class (E-5).


And yes, she got the looks and (according to tests) her IQ is one point higher than mine but I think her inability to apply herself to studies over the years has made her far dumber than myself.
