does anyone here know or work with a mortgage lender that can direct me to a loan officer regarding obtaining a mortgage? thanks.

try to find one with little to no fees. im sure theres a website out there somewhere that has good discussions but i dont know where.

be careful is somebody says no fees...cuz nobody works for free. most of the time they'll just throw it into the price of the loan

actually there are lenders who don't charge you fees. What happens is they get their kickbacks from the banks.
