cleanings probably hurt because the tools r disrupting the dental tissues. gums and ligaments get disrupted, the tools go under the gumline...should stop hurting in a day or 2. the more intrusive cleaning called root planing i would suspect hurts even worse..hope u feel better soon.
I always get vic from my dentist. I dont even fill them h: Costs me money :uhhok: I think I still have a scrip for 20 of them.

It costs me between $5 and $7 to fill any prescription. It's not like I get pain killers all the time, but it's good to know I have them if I need them. My dentist is cool, all I have to do is ask.
