That doesn't hurt my TEETH though..it just makes a gross sound...and sometimes hurts my gums. But not my teeth. :dunno:

 

yeh, i guess you're right. i think most pain from the dentist is in the gums though

I get the same girl everytime I have my teeth clean, she talks a lot, h: I just give her the "uhhh huh" and "naaw" answers h:

 

me too. i have a temp on now and 2 more to go..they cost a fortune!

 

cleanings probably hurt because the tools r disrupting the dental tissues. gums and ligaments get disrupted, the tools go under the gumline...should stop hurting in a day or 2. the more intrusive cleaning called root planing i would suspect hurts even worse..hope u feel better soon.

It costs me between $5 and $7 to fill any prescription. It's not like I get pain killers all the time, but it's good to know I have them if I need them. My dentist is cool, all I have to do is ask.

 

Some offices are actually getting Wii's,360's and PS3's for patients to play while they get things done.
