www.media-convert.com

It will convert thousands of different files to other media types, such as mpeg's to iPod videos, whatever you can imagine.
It takes awhile to do the conversion because its not a program you download, its an applet right off the website. It will convert it for you and then be available for download.

It's limit is 100Mb.

i think ive used this site before.....

conversions are low bitrate ftl.

No you can select what bitrate to convert it to, as long as that file's bitrate is > than what you are converting to.
