You guys just shared how refurb. stuff breaks. Aren't brand new item get broken?
I bought Olympus c4000 referb. and Panasonic camcorder brand new at the same time 3.5 years ago. My camcorder was in service for repairs 4 times with the same problem and the problem still there (factory serviced). I'm tiered of this. Olympus works fine.

whether its new or refurb'd electronics break.
Most refurb products carry the same warranty as a brand new item.

Legally, they must label the items are refurb is they ( businesses ) plan on selling the items again.

The items could of been sent back due to as little as a blemish on the unit up to board being replaced etc.....

As long as the item works when it leaves the place and arrives in working condition ..ill get it.
I just picked up a refurb ipod photo for 120 from the apple store.
Original price on that is 249.99.

refurb Dell Axim and Latitude laptop bought over 2 years ago. Both still working fine.

Refurb Ryobi 18v combo tool kit bought for christmas. Seems good, everything currently working, too soon to tell.

Refurb Acura Integra, 1992, bought many years back with balance of factory warranty, still kicking....
