I use that as a pretty standard set of tools for cleaning up a pc. After those run through full scans and I remove everything, head over to Add/Remove programs and get rid of old shit, then I go through msconfig and remove anything that doesn't need to be there. Remove (usually) everything from Start>Programs>Startup
At least on those windows computers that still linger around the office.
