Conjunctivitis is like pink eye right? If so, I've heard of some funky home remedies but it might just be a safer bet getting something perscribed. You should check the eye drops section of your local drug store though. They might have some kind of anti-bacterial solution or something.

true conjunctivitis is a bacteria u get antibiotic drops or ointment to use. if its related to a cold or just the dry winter weather that has taken the moisture out of the air use a cool mist humidifer..if u have had the heat on it will suck the moisture right out of the air and u will get red irritated eyes..cool mist will help open your sinuses up and re moisturize the air. just clean out the humidifier 1x a wk per model instructions. warm mist r too much trouble to clean and can add bacteria to the air.
